I am a PhD Candidate in Biological Anthropology at the University of South Florida. I was introduced to harm reduction and IDEA Exchange Tampa by a peer and started to volunteer. Being involved in my community is a passion of mine and the work at the exchange aligns with that passion. So, when an opportunity for employment came, I did not hesitate.
